📦 What’s in Your Box (for Mobi Base):

  • Mobi Base (The magnetic adapter plate)

  • 2x Metal Connection Rings (For the back of your phone/case)

  • 1x Lower Arch Dock (For vertical and horizontal stability)

  • 2x Clear Sticky Pads (Base layer for bare glass, surface protection, and maximum adhesion)

  • 1x Alcohol Cleaning Wipe

🛑 STOP: Read Before You Stick!

To ensure a permanent hold and prevent drops, please check your case material:

  • NO SILICONE OR TEXTURE: The adhesive will not stick to soft liquid silicone, rubber, leather, or highly textured cases. Please use a hard, flat plastic case.

  • THE CLEAR STICKY PADS: These are your best friend!

    • Bare Glass Phones: You must use a clear pad first if applying directly to a glass-backed phone (the adhesive will not bond to bare anti-fingerprint glass).

    • Surface Protection: Applying to your phone without a case? Use a clear pad as a base layer to prevent scratches and make future removal effortless.

    • Maximum Hold: You can even apply a clear pad to your hard case first to create the ultimate flat surface for maximum magnetic ring adhesion! You can also use one under the Lower Arch Dock—just cut the clear pad in half.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Installation

Step 1: Assemble Your Grip

(If you are upgrading an existing Mobi Handle, or bought the Kit!)

  1. Peel the adhesive backing off your Mobi Handle.

  2. Stick it directly into the center of the Mobi Base.

  3. Press down firmly for 10 seconds. (Make sure the Base is clean first!)

Step 2: Find Your Sweet Spot

  • For Magnetic/MagSafe Cases: You don't need the metal rings! The Mobi Base will snap right on. (Pro-tip: For an ultra-strong hold, you can still attach our included metal ring).

  • For Wireless Charging: Test your phone on your wireless charger first to find exactly where it connects. Lightly mark that spot—this is where your Metal Ring must go to ensure proper charging.

  • No Wireless Charging? Just find the most comfortable spot for your hand! Most users prefer the grip placed slightly below the center of the phone.

Step 3: Attach the Main Metal Ring

  1. Clean the back of your hard case (or phone) with the alcohol wipe and let it dry completely. (Optional: Apply a Clear Sticky Pad first for surface protection or if using a bare glass phone).

  2. Peel the backing off the round Metal Ring.

  3. Stick it onto your marked spot and press down firmly for 10 seconds.

Step 4: Attach the Lower Arch Dock

  1. Clean the bottom edge of your case/phone with the alcohol wipe. Let dry. (Optional: Cut a Clear Sticky Pad in half and apply it first for surface protection or bare glass).

  2. Peel the backing off the Lower Arch Dock.

  3. Stick it near the bottom edge of your device, with the rounded side facing down. Press firmly for 10 seconds.

Step 5: The 24-Hour Rule ⏳

Patience pays off! For the strongest possible bond, let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before snapping your magnetic Mobi Base onto the rings.

💡 Pro-Tips for Daily Use

  • To Attach: Simply hover the Mobi Base over the metal rings and let the magnets snap it securely into place.

  • To Remove: Do not pull straight up! Simply slide the base sideways to detach it instantly for wireless charging or mounting.
