🛡️ What Your Lifetime Warranty Covers

Once registered, your hardware is protected against structural and manufacturing defects under normal use. This includes:

  • Magnetic Failure: If the integrated magnets in the Mobi Base ever lose their required structural strength.

  • Structural Breakage: If the zinc alloy metal chassis or the hinge mechanism physically snaps or breaks under standard daily use.

🛑 Important Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

  • Normal Wear and Tear: The natural, gradual loosening of the kickstand hinge friction over months or years of use, as well as minor cosmetic wear (such as surface scratches or fading of the vacuum-plated finish).

  • Damage to Your Device: Liability Disclaimer: Our warranty applies strictly to the Mobi hardware. We are not responsible for any damage to your smartphone, tablet, phone case, or other property resulting from drops, misuse, or adhesion failure.

  • Improper Installation: Adhesion failure caused by attaching the product to unsupported surfaces (like soft silicone, rubber, leather, or heavily textured cases), or applying it to bare glass without the required Clear Sticky Pad.

  • Consumables: The 3M adhesive pads and cleaning wipes are single-use consumable items and are not covered under the hardware warranty.

🛠️ How to Submit a Claim

If your registered hardware experiences a structural defect, getting a replacement is easy:

  1. Snap a Photo/Video: Capture a clear look at the structural defect or break.

  2. Send Us a Message: Email our support team at support@mobihandle.com from the email address you used to register. Include your photo and a brief description of the problem.
